Shipping Procedures
All orders may take 1-5 Business Days (average) to be processed
before being shipped depending on product availability. All orders are
processed Monday-Friday. Prices are subject to change at anytime during an
order and the customer will be notified before any price increases. All
tracking #'s will be emailed to you once the product has shipped. If an item
you have ordered is on back order or will be delayed in any way, you will be
notified.
Exchange Policy
1. Items may be exchanged for the same product only within 10 days of
delivery date less the shipping.
2. Items may not be exchanged if not working due to improper and non
professional installation of product.
Return Policy
1. A 25% Restocking Fee is charged on all Returns
2. In the event that an item must be returned, the return must be made within
10 days of delivery date less shipping.
3. All returns must be in original manufactor's carton in the same condition as
received. We reserve the right to inspect all items to be returned and have the
right to refuse the return.
4. All DOA packages are insured and will be exchanged for the same product once
an insurance claim has been completed.
5. No returns under any conditions for the following:
Wheels and tires are not returnable under any
conditions.
No returns on electrical or mechanical parts that have been installed.
Custom ordered items and specially manufactured goods.
Condition of Sales / Warranty Disclaimer / Liability
1. Most of the products sold come with a limited warranty provided by
the manufacturer.
2. All products are sold "AS IS". Warranties are not provided by Grip
Motorsports.
3. All items sold are legal for off-road or show purposes only unless specified
by the product manufacturer.
4. Product representations are our opinion based on our research and
experience, and are not warranties.
5. We are not responsible for general; special or consequential damages from
any products sold. Buyers discretion is advised when using all products.
